Join PAC on our first foray into the culinary arts! On February 21st at 3:00 p.m. we will be teaming up with Matanuska Brewery and Dustin of Patriot BBQ to offer a class on the technique and art of cooking brisket. Adult participants aged 18 and older will be able to follow along with the process as well as sample the delicious product. We are hopeful that culinary classes for adults will become a regular event offering. Keep an eye out on our social media and website for registration details next month. This class will be limited to 30 people.
